Meet the Coach

I’m Kaylin, Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, wife and mom to two girls.
 

Fitness has been part of my life since I was a teenager, but it became more intentional in college when I started experimenting with different diets and training styles in Boston. Like many women, I was chasing results without fully understanding how to create them.
 

Planning my wedding led me into group fitness, and I began teaching spin in 2015. After having my first daughter, I discovered macro tracking and finally understood what fueling your body actually means. That shifted everything. I moved away from diet-focused thinking and leaned into science-backed nutrition, strength training, and structured periodization.
 

In 2020, when the world shut down, I built what I couldn’t find: a space for women to train with intention, learn how to fuel their bodies, and actually see change. BuildHER was born from years of coaching, continuing education, mentorship, and hands-on experience. It’s rooted in proven methods that build muscle, reshape bodies, and restore confidence. Not random workouts. Not quick fixes.
 

As a busy mom, I understand how easy it is to put yourself last. I also know how powerful it is when you don’t. Coaching women to look and feel strong, capable, and confident through community, connection, and structured training is what drives me every day.
